When the Rebar Detector emits a beep, it indicates that the sensor has crossed a steel bar. At this time, the displayed value of the protective layer will automatically update to the thickness value of the protective layer at that location.
2. Manual measurement
Parallel the Rebar Detector sensor to the direction of the steel bar, scan it uniformly over the steel bar, and determine the thickness of the protective layer based on the current distance display value and signal value changes.
3. Measurement of minimum protective layer thickness
This function is mainly applied in the following situations: quickly checking whether the thickness of the concrete protective layer meets the minimum design value, and alarming abnormal points; After the template is removed, check whether the steel bars are supported.
