"CCTV Pipe Inspection Crawler Camera Robot" is mainly used to detect internal conditions, instead of manually going down the well, to solve the difficulty of people unable to go down to work because of the narrow, lack of oxygen and no ventilation in the pipeline. The robot is composed of three parts: a crawler, a cable reel and a control system. The crawler is composed of four wheels, two high-definition digital cameras at the front and rear, and two searchlights. It looks like a remote control car and can walk independently inside the pipeline. But the function is more powerful than the remote control car. The software control is realized by a laptop computer, which can control the crawler maintenance and real-time view of the internal conditions of the pipeline on the laptop computer, can realize the detection, monitoring and storage functions, and has the function of automatic reconnection after the network is disconnected, which can effectively avoid the use process Data loss due to unstable network.
